This place was incredible. Panoramic views of the ocean, large living space, extremely clean, great location, it checked all the boxes. Diane was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Orange Beach!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location ia a big plus. It's wonderful to be able to sit on the balcony and watch and listen to the ocean and the pelicans flying. The condo had everything we needed, the layout is nice, the decor is beautiful. The price was reasonable for our stay length. I hope we get to come back again and bring our menfolks! Make it a family stay. Diane is a wonderful host, responsive in a timely manner and very helpful.

I was super excited to find this condo. Located in a great spot with friendly staff. The security guard was highly informative during checkin. My great nieces have decided that this is where we’re supposed to stay everytime we come to Orange Beach. Diane and Ed are great hosts! Thank you again. Glad I got a chance to relax in an awesome place for my birthday!

Diane was super friendly and responsive with questions. She provides so much information which is super helpful. The condo is so well stocked!! Between the beach supplies and kitchen appliances to extra blankets - the place is great!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beach wasn’t crowded and easy to access. All restaurants and fun things to do with in a 10 min drive. I would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay and the amount of beach towels, toys, beach chairs, and umbrella. We had an incident where one chair was broken (was not a big deal as we didn’t really need it) but she had someone bring us an additional two chairs. I do want to note that there is parking under the unit as I did not notice when I pulled up. Also the elevators are slow but do work but was a little off putting when you are not prepared for the first slow ride up. All outside area was clean and we even seen cleaners keeping up with it.

Our kids love the heated pool, proximity of the beach was great, wonderful view. The building is a nice size so there is some activity but not overwhelmed with people.

We absolutely LOVED this condo! The experience and communication when booking was the best we’ve ever had. The beach view from each room and patio is unmatched. The accommodations were next level from the beach accessories to the board games there was not a single thing we needed! There was honestly nothing we didn’t like. We didn’t have any issues.

We had a great time, and felt like this is the best condo we have stayed in at Orabge Beach. the location was great, the property was well maintained, and peaceful. We will be making this our go to when we head to Orange Beach.

We chose Diane’s place because it had the exact amount of beds we needed for the family members who came and had easy access to the beach. Each family had our own room and own bathroom and it worked out perfectly. The kitchen had all we needed and the living room worked well for kids to watch movies at night. The beach access and indoor/outdoor heated pool made the vacation. From a 5 year-old to an 86 year old…we had flexibility for everyone to enjoy activities at their own pace. Diane was super responsive and great to work with. Thanks, Diane!!
