Low density condo building with a total of 65 units means the beach and pools are less crowded. Plenty of room to relax, play and enjoy.

Guest Access

🔑 Check-in is a breeze with a unique smart lock door code created for each guest. No need to keep track of keys on the beach! 🚘Parking for one vehicle is included 🚘🚘🚘 Our condo is allowed to have a maximum of three vehicles. Additional passes can be purchased for $40 for the duration of your stay. Parking passes will be in the condo upon your arrival. There is plenty of parking under the condo as well as in the open parking lot at the rear of the building. 🏊‍♀️Pool and jacuzzi are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily

We had a nice relaxing vacation. Grandkids loved the beach, but the pools came in handy when the heat was at its highest during the day. The restaurants were plentiful in the area and were amazing. We think Doc’s Seafood & Steaks were one of our favorites. The condo was fantastic. It was furnished with anything you might need. The unit was clean which ranks high on our list. And the decor was spot-on. Diane was an amazing host.

This place was everything it appeared to be and more! The location is perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much. We had 11 people in our party, including 5 children, and we were cozy but quite comfortable. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was invaluable. Parking was always available and moving our luggage in and out was a breeze with the provided carts. The unit was clean and well appointed with everything a family could possibly need, including beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and towels. From one midwesterner to another - thanks for the hospitality!

Literally the best spot with a family with little ones. I brought my three small children with me along with family members and we all had a wonderful time. Beach access is extremely easy and the indoor pool was a win for tired parents with kids that want to keep the swimming going.

8 of us came to town for Sand in My Boots and loved the location. The shuttle was directly in front of the condo, the beach access was literally under our balcony, and even though it’s an older building, I feel like it was a great layout and had a terrific indoor/outdoor pool and indoor hot tub. The beds were super comfortable- especially the queen with the loft bed over it. Bathrooms all had plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, etc, the kitchen was the same. While the music festival was awesome, it was even better coming back to our little slice of comfort and sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. Thank you so much for sharing your place, Diane!

I can’t say enough about this property. It was quiet in April, and just steps from the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing, and so comfortable to sit on the deck any time of day or night. The kitchen has everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of seating for a large family. It was easy to check in and out and Diane was always responsive. Close to great restaurants and shopping. A 5-star vacation, and would love to return!

Perfect family vacation spot! Our family made memories that will last lifetime. Diane was the perfect host. A few minor issues came up and she addressed them immediately and friendly. The kids and grandkids are ready to spend spring break there next year.
